IPCS successfully installed DELTA C 2000 100 HP VFD for AHU panel in HVAC system. We have supplied and installed 4 numbers of 15 HP DELTA E Series VFD to our client for the speed control of chiller plant motor. The individual feedback of temperature PID controllers leads to a steady state cooling in the premises.

We have automated the tile manufacturing plant with recipe control from SCADA. We have integrated MOVICON SCADA with Delta ES series PLC and M Series VFDs. The Auto/Manual operation of plant is equipped with bypass system using contactors so that manual operation can be done even if there is no PLC and SCADA. The colour combination of tiles can be set from SCADA and the materials amount can be given from SCADA.
