Temperature control is one of the crucial for stabilizing efficiency and product quality. Here introduced the new Multi-Loop Modular Temperature Controller DTN Series with a thin-type design. This series offers multi-point temperature control also saves horizontal mounting space to optimize space utilization, overcome cabinet limitations, and reduce production costs. With the employment of the Ethernet module, it builds a network connecting multiple DTN groups to achieve real-time multi loop parameter management to satisfy the needs of advanced and complex applications.

The DTN series consists of a measurement module, I/O extension modules, and an Ethernet module. A fully extended DTN group consists of one host, 7 measurement modules, 8 I/O extension modules, and an Ethernet module for up to 64-point temperature control and section compartmentalized heating. The DTN Series is suitable for rubber and plastics, lithium-battery, and other industries.

The DTM Series consists of a host, measurement modules, I/O extension modules, and extension cassettes. A DTM group consists of a host plus 7 measurement modules and 8 I/O extension modules for up to 64 points of temperature control. Several DTM groups can even be connected via RS-485 or Ethernet for temperature control of up to 1,000 points or more.

Data collection by the host and complete isolation between channels help to improve communication speed and stability. The DTM's intuitive design enables beginners to setup and operate it easily. It is an ideal solution for advanced and complex temperature control applications.

DTE series is a multi-channel modular temperature controller supporting maximum 8 groups of thermocouple resistance input. The DIN rail installation saves wires, and the controller on each channel can work independently at the same time.

DTE offers several output modules (relay, voltage pulse, current output and linear voltage output).

The built-in 2-wire RS-485 communication is able to reach baud rate of 115,200bps.

In programmable control, DTE is able to set up 64 sets of different temperature and control time. DTE supports the synchronous communication protocol and auto ID setup function which DTC series also supports.
